Learned to sail when I was 8 years old sailing sunfish and a Venture 24 on a small Texas lake. My first offshore adventure was when I was 10 years old and my family (Mom, Dad, and 3 kids) trailered the Venture from Dallas to Ft. Lauderdale and sailed across the Gulf Stream to the Bahamas for 3 weeks. I have run flotillas in the BVI and have sailed across the Caribbean from Tortola to Houston.
