Captain Kevin Boyd is a U.S. Coast Guard veteran (25 years) supporting the U.S. Coast Guard Academy's Coastal Sail Training Program as an instructor trainer onboard their 44-foot Morris Yacht sailing vessels. Captain Kevin is also a licensed powerboating instructor for the states of Connecticut, Rhode Island, and Massachusetts; and also helps owners of new powerboats with on-water training: close-quarters boating fundamentals, safe docking, and open-water maneuvering. His Bareboat Charter Master & Sailing, License & Credentials (BBCM/SLC) instructor certifications are helping serve boat owners seeking international sail and powerboat license and chartering goals.
