I'm a USCG Master Captain with 5,000+ sea hours, 1,500+ five-star charters, and 7 years as a fleet owner-operator across Puget Sound, the San Juan Islands, and San Francisco Bay. I've operated everything from 26-foot center consoles to a 103-foot vessel, managing 10 vessels and 10+ crew at peak. My instruction background is hands-on and real-world - I've taught wakeboarding and water sports on the water, led guests through fishing, navigation, and seamanship aboard my own fleet, and built a charter operation from the ground up that earned GetMyBoat Best of 2019, 2020, and 2021. I've hosted everyone from celebrity athlete like Zac Levine from the Chicago bulls to first-timers to corporate groups from Microsoft, Amazon, and Google, so I know how to read a crowd and meet people exactly where they are. I bring genuine emergency experience to every lesson, in-fleet tow operations at sea, and coastal vessel delivery. Safety isn't a checklist for me, it's muscle memory.
