Practical Competence of Skipper Rank
Ryan was great. Very knowledgeable, patient and professional. I highly recommend him. As to the last question, I said yes as to skipper a sailboat, but that is meant to be powerboat. Ryan evaluated me for the powerboat portion only. Great course. Thank you!
