The 2026 NauticEd Learn-To-Sail Flotillas offer immersive, liveaboard sail-training experiences in the US Virgin Islands each May and November for students ranging from beginner to intermediate skill levels. Held aboard comfortable, well-equipped four-cabin catamarans departing from St. Thomas, the courses combine hands-on crew responsibilities, daily sailing drills, and NauticEd-based instruction with afternoons free for swimming, snorkeling, and exploring ashore. Students complete their online coursework beforehand, then spend a week living aboard, practicing skipper skills, and building their sailing résumés under the guidance of professional instructors.
Pricing is per private cabin with options for additional students or partners, and includes lodging, provisions, gear, moorings, and fuel.
Two flotillas are scheduled for 2026 (May 2–9 and November 7–14) with interest-based date selection and limited spots available.
