Does anyone know where I can download a PDF copy of the chart? The NOAA link doesn't work anymore.

"So what if at Port Farrow, it is neither high at 0000 or high at 0600 because it is neither Spring nor Neap? What if the high tide is 0900? The tide is midrange. The high tide time then at Rodney Cove would be halfway between the 38 Spring and 18 Neap point. (38+18)/2 = 28 minutes prior to Farrow at 0832. Additionally, you could take a mid-range between 0.2 meters higher and 0.2 meters lower with the answer of zero difference."
Why is the tide considered "midrange" between 0000 and 0600? Why not 0300? I don't understand why we use between Neap and Spring tide and note just Neap or just Spring??

maybe its my chart copy , but I read the variation as 13 degrees 45 ' W. ... but in the exercise it is stated as 13.45... which we just learned is not the same (minutes vs decimals).
It may not make a huge difference for the sake of this exercise , but if we are adjusting for many years, that will make quite a difference. .. thanks!
