The high tide time then at Rodney Cove would be halfway between the 38 Spring and 18 Neap point. (38+18)/2 = 28 minutes prior to Farrow at 0832. Additionally, you could take a mid-range between 0.2 meters higher and 0.2 meters lower with the answer of zero difference."
Why is the tide considered "midrange" between 0000 and 0600? Why not 0300? I don't understand why we use between Neap and Spring tide and note just Neap or just Spring??
