In the LOP section it states "Breton Plotter is used to draw those on the chart - from the objects toward the ship's position". This is confusing, when and why would you reverse the bearing toward the boat? Thank you

got it. I'm a mountaineer and we take bearings all the time to find our position; from the compass (me) to the land feature. Why and when would I ever record a bearing from the land feature to the compass (boat) as stated in the LOP section? "Breton Plotter is used to draw those on the chart - from the objects toward the ship's position"

We beefed up the Lines of position section. It discusses the reciprocal heading.
