Spring the Bow Out from a Tee Head going in reverse

For the Spring the Bow Out from a Tee Head situation when going in reverse. Would it actually require an additional second line from the same cleat on the boat but goin to a cleat on the dock aft of the boat since prop walk will try to push stern to port?

No because the forward springline will pull your boat stern to the dock more so than the propwalk effect
