Level I Crew Rank Chief Sailing Instructor / Assessor

John Neal's 387,000 ocean miles include six Cape Horn roundings plus expeditions to the edge of the ice in Antarctica and Svalbard. He has conducted 210 offshore sail-training expeditions since 1990 aboard his Hallberg-Rassy 42 and 46, named Mahina Tiare. His passion is training expedition members to be able safely sail their own vessels worldwide.
