  Adventure sailing trip to the Seychelles for young adults (18 to 25 y/o) on board a 40’ ocean sailing catamaran. Spend 2 weeks in the most gorgeous tropical island paradise in the middle of the Indian Ocean! You will not be passengers, but active members of the crew participating in a charter, and get to learn about all aspects of sailing a boat in the tropics, including provisioning, route planning, weather planning, preparing the boat, basic colregs, safety systems, hoisting and setting the sails, maneuvering under power and under sail, anchoring, docking, knots, navigation instruments, diesel engines, power systems and safely having fun with the tender. Besides the direct sailing aspects, you will learn basic freediving and then familiarize yourself with the amazing marine life we will be surrounded by. Valuable life skills are gained from living together as a close team during this time with the clear goal of having the most fantastic, memorable, and educational time for all aboard. We spend the days sailing, freediving, and exploring the islands, and the nights at anchor in remote places, discussing our lessons learned during the day, planning and preparing for the next day’s activities while preparing and sharing our meals.
