Displays on the certificate if the student has been assessed as competent on-the-water under the American Nationa standards
If an instructor has done an assessment, the determination of competence will be listed here. Practical competence will not be listed as higher than the student’s theory courses Rank. i.e. the student must pass the appropriate theory courses to receive the recognition of practical competence. For higher Ranks like BBCM and Captain, the student must log sufficient time to Level III to be fully awarded the associated Practical Competence.
Displays the Rank of the student and the Level. Rank and Level are a combination of theory course work and on-the-water logged experience. Level I = 10 days, II = 25 days, III = 50 days, IV = 100 days, V = 200 days Rank is courses passed plus Level. The student must have Level to achieve Rank. The software automatically determines the Rank and Level of the students as they pass courses and enter experience in their logbook.
Listed if the student is Catamaran Qualified via sufficient catamaran sailing experience and passing the Catamaran online course OR Catamaran Endorsed via a practical on-the-water competence skills assessment. VHF Endorsement is issued if the student has passed the VHF module. 
Displays one of:    Certificate of Nautical Achievement    Certificate of Nautical Competence    Certificate of Nautical Mastery  depending on the instructor’s assessment and student’s logged boating experience.
