Turn wheel away from dock and apply non-dock side engine forward. Spring line runs aft of the bow.

That was a fail. Intuitively we thought the reverse wash would pull the aft to port. But since rudders are aft of the props, nothing happens!

Can do this operation with or without the wheel. If use wheel, turn same as  the desired spin direction.

Turn wheel to direction you desire the aft to go.

Turn wheel away from the dock and spin the bow to the dock with engines. Use less forward rpm than reverse.
