STIR – SAINT THOMAS INTERNATIONAL REGATTA 2019

RACE IN THE ST. THOMAS INTERNATIONAL REGATTA

March 2019

NauticEd has teamed up with our affiliated school OnDeck Sailing to provide an exclusive opportunity for NauticEd students: race in the St. Thomas International Regatta (STIR).

St Thomas Regatta

OnDeck Sailing is a Caribbean sailing school offering a range of activities including racing in regattas.  They participate in all of the Caribbean regattas and are experienced with instruction, logistics, and training.

Located in easy to get to and beautiful St. Thomas, USVI, the STIR provides comradery, competition, and on-shore events and activities.

Whether you’re an experienced racer or never raced at all, joining the NauticEd OnDeck race team will be an amazing experience for you to learn or hone your racing skills.

NauticEd students will join the lead boat, Spirit of Juno, an awesome Farr 65 with 4 pro-crew on board. There will be plenty of jobs for all individuals/crew on board.

The event takes place March 21-24, 2019 with a training day on March 20th.

We have discounted pricing for NauticEd for the St. Thomas Regatta. Usually, the price is $1795/person; NauticEd price is $1445. $350 in savings!

What’s included: dockage fees, fuel, tank water, support, event management, race entry, accommodation on board, lunches, and water on training/race days.

Not included: flights, transfers, shoreside accommodations if desired, and some provisioning.

For provisioning, lunches on race days and training are provided (along with water).  The rest is at your own expense.  But there are cooking faculties on board so people often do their own thing or join up with others for dinners.

You can make your reservation here.

Just let them know you’re with NauticEd to receive the discounted price.
