As a student, in order to receive the Practical Proficiency Skipper Stamp on your Sailing Certificate, you'll be required to complete a minimum of the Skipper Course, the Maneuvering Under Power clinic and demonstrate on the water practical proficiency via professional sailing instruction and examination using the Practical Proficiency Check List.
